He successively served as the Deputy General Manager of China Non-metal Mining Industry (Group) Corporation, Deputy General Manager of China Material Industry Science and Technology Corporation, Executive Director and President of SINOMA Group Co., Ltd., Deputy General Manager of SINOMA Group Corporation, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Vice Chairman of China Reform Holdings Corporation Ltd. and concurrently as director and General Manager of CNIC Corporation Limited. He is currently the Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of CNBM.

He has served as the President of Beijing FRP Research and Design Institute, Chairman and Secretary of the Party Committee of Sinoma Science & Technology Co.,Ltd., Vice President of China Nonmetallic Materials Corporation, Vice President and Vice Chairman of China National Materials Company Limited, Party Committee Standing Member, Director and President of China National Materials Group Corporation. He is currently Vice Chairman and Party Committee Standing Member of CNBM.

She has served as Deputy Director of the Management Office of Supply Management Division of Materials Department, Secretary of the Minister Office of General Office of the Ministry of Internal Trade, Director of the General Office of the Finance and Accounting Division, Assistant to the Commissioner of the General Administration of Special Inspector, Deputy Director of the Office of the Board of Supervisors of Key Large State-owned Enterprises, Deputy Secretary of the Party committee and Discipline Inspection Commission of China Hi-tech Group Corporation, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Discipline Inspection Commission of China National Building Materials Group Corporation. He is currently Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of CNBM.

She has served as the Chief Economist, Director and Vice President of Henan Diesel Engine Factory[΢ÈíÓû§1]? of China State Shipbuilding Corporation, Deputy Manager of Securities Department, Manager of Finance Department, Deputy Chief Accountant, Assistant General Manager and Manager of Financial Planning Department of Beiqi Foton Motor Co., Ltd., Party Committee Standing Member and Chief Accountant of CSR Group, Party Committee Standing Member, Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of CSR Corporation Limited, Party Committee Standing Member of CRRC Group, Party Committee Standing Member, Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of CRRC Corporation Limited. She is currently the Party Committee Standing Member and Chief Accountant of China National Building Material Group Co., Ltd.

He has served as Secretary of the Board of Directors and Vice President of Beijing New Building Material Public Limited Company, Secretary of the Board of Directors, Vice President, Executive Director and Deputy Secretary of the Temporary Party Committee of China National Building Material Co., Ltd. (CNBM Ltd.) He is currently Party Committee Standing Member and Vice President of CNBM.

He is currently the Party Committee Standing Member and Vice President of CNBM.
